Our goal is to provide an incredible customer service experience. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please let us know.


Minimum Order

There is NO minimum order on all web orders.


Product Availability

We currently offer over hundreds products to our customers through our website. We do stock many of these items, but we are unable to stock every product that you see online. Many products that we don't stock ship direct to customers from the manufacturer.

Products that we don't stock (and that don't ship direct from the manufacturer) have lead times that vary. The average lead time for a product that we don't stock is 7-25 days. Lead times can be extended if a product is on backorder with the manufacturer.

Volume Discounts

Email for volume discounts.  Discount will be deducted from the balance if return or change order. Limit one discount per order.


Damaged Shipments

Each order is carefully packed to protect your purchase. Canpets is not responsible for commercial carrier damage occurring during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please notate the suspected damage on the carrier's delivery log.
